Who We Are
The Brannen Group was founded in 1980 to deliver cross-cultural consulting and training programs to rapidly growing California Silicon Valley companies. In 2000, at the request of our clients, we expanded our charter to include Leadership and Management programs to incorporate the cross-cultural expertise of our founding partners. We have since found this to be a winning combination leading to the development of unique programs that simultaneously address business skills and cross-cultural competencies—e.g., Virtual Global Teaming, Global Leadership, Global Presentations Skills. Based in Berkeley, California, we conduct more than 40 percent of our programs outside the US. Our programs range from one-on-one sessions with Presidents/CEOs of multinational corporations to instructor-led seminars for senior management to virtual training for individual contributors. This experience has earned TBG our industry-wide reputation for customized, immediately applicable business-specific training, consulting and executive coaching.

This translates to highly-customized solutions that deliver maximum impact. Our commitment includes a close client partnership to monitor feedback for continuous improvement and recalibration in all aspects of program content.
2. High quality standards. Quality control is built into every aspect of our programs—from the selection of support personnel and consultants with tested experience, to the content and delivery of our programs, to the final evaluation process.
3. Integrating technology to maximize learning. Our use of technology extends the learning process beyond the traditional classroom setting, incorporating pre-program and post-program online assessments, videos, and additional content.
